At the centre of the Market Street in the Lancashire town of Westhoughton sits the large, imposing building that houses Provenance Food Hall.
This spacious building welcomes you to a wealth of high quality food suppliers in their own right such as high class butchers, an award winning patisserie and an artisan baker. Alongside sits an eclectic range of foods and ingredients from across the world. A wonderful range of cheeses, traditional and authentic Italian ingredients in our Little Italy section and a wide range of sauces, stocks and condiments.
On the first floor you will find Upstairs at Provenance, our highly popular Cafe Bar serving a tasty range of home cooked dishes and drinks complemented by a selection of beers, wines and spirits. Meet your friends, enjoy a family occasion or just chill out with a nice coffee and a newspaper, you will be most welcome.
Had a lovely lunch here. It was busy, and I'm not surprised. Everything was lovely, the food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful.
We used to enjoy evening meals at Provenance when they had the restaurant there. Now we enjoy the cafe for great Saturday lunches.

Lovely cafe & tea rooms. Breakfast is definitely worth going for it was so tasty and perfect with the English tea. Friendly staff, see you again soon.

Last Saturday a group of friends went for brunch to start the celebrations of a friends special birthday. The food was delicious and the service was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the wonderful lady who served us
