Home Restaurant is located on the 1st floor within the fabulous artisan Provenance Food Hall. Serving breakfast through to lunch (brunch) and dinner from 5pm. HOME is designed with a Balinese influence, large planting, lots of light drawn through the many large windows, with ceiling fans to ensure cool air or warm flows depending on the season.
The menu is varied with modern brunch styled dishes, served along along side the sensational sandwiches that are created and made by the "Monty's Sensational Sandwich" team located in the foodhall. Dinner is inspired by our sister Restaurant HOME in Buckshaw Village, renowned as the No1 Restaurant in all of Chorley area and top 10 in Lancashire. The menu is eclectic but balanced, offering small plates and what will become a 1st for all the area "The Butchers Block" where our guests choose their cuts of meat, size and cooking preference at the Artisan Butchers Counter. This is then cooked in the Charcoal Inka oven at searing heat, locking in maximum flavour.
